The lord ganesha is king of gods believed by many Hindus. The festival of ganesha is celebrated as his birthday for eleven days with great pump and show.I am Hindu so we celebrated the festival in grand manner.It is believed that what ever we ask to this god he will give us everything.Many of the devotees keep the idol of ganesha in specially arranged place or shed where they will decorate with flowers and other stuff.And they will perform pooja for many days.Some will do pooja for seven days and some will do pooja for eleven days.Its dependent on their wish.They will keep everything neat. They will do pooja for the well being of the society.Its one of the powerful god of Hindus.He is lord of intelligence,meditation,power,victory and many other important things.One of the powerful lord of hindus.The entire universe is runs on his single finger.Hindus when ever they start a business or any other thing first they will prey to lord ganesha to become successful in that thing.One should have luck to see lord ganesha.

Last year total 20,000 idols were kept in our city hyderabad's different places.And now this year they have kept over 40,000 idols .The idols were made up of some clay,mud material,chemical paintings etc.There will be huge competition between the people of different regions that who will keep the biggest lord ganesha idol.One of the biggest lord ganesha idol will be kept in my city of 42 feet which you can see below.The city got Al-Qaeda threats that the city will be attacked during ganesha festival.But the government have kept high security during the festival.So the festival passed on peace fully.But i forgot to say that at the end of the festival they immerse the idols in water because they cannot keep that 40,000 idols then and there.If they want to keep then they have to built 40,000 temples.So from which they made the idol they will return it i.e., in water.The remaining videos can be found on the newsroom which cannot be viewable here.
