1. They work their cellphones
2. They express gratitude (within reason)
3. They're randomly kind
4. They reappraise their lives

This could actually work for the happy blogger too. The following is 4 habits that the owners of statistically healthy blogs do:
1. They work their feed reader. They read other blogs and comment on them.
2. They express gratitude when other bloggers link to them, comment or visit.
3. They randomly link to other bloggers.
4. They reappraise their blog and what direction it's going in.
