The Financial Literacy Foundation has been established by the Australian Government to give all Australians the opportunity to better manage their money. The Foundation was launched on 6 June 2005.
The Foundation provides a national focus for financial literacy issues and works in partnership with government, industry and community organisations to advance financial literacy in Australia.
They are raising community awareness of financial literacy and its benefits through the Understanding Money media campaign.
The campaign aims to kick start change in attitudes to money issues and ultimately, equip people to ask the right questions and make better financial choices.
Their Understanding Money website offers a wide range of financial literacy information for people who want to find out more about managing their money. It has tools such as a budget planner, topics on money related issues and links to other useful websites.

I found this excerpt on Amazon on a book "Secrets of the Millionaire Mind: Mastering the Inner Game of Wealth", by T. Harv Eker which I have not read, but the following is quite powerful. I would suggest you carefully review each point and ask you Ku which belief you hold. You might find this particularly enlightening. Perpetual Light Fund
